About JPG files
JPG (also written JPEG) is the format almost every camera and phone photo is saved in. It opens everywhere and keeps photos small, but it can’t hold transparency.
How to convert JPG to PDF
- Drop your JPGs on the box above, or click it to choose them.
- Pick a page size: the image’s own size, A4 or Letter.
- Click “→ PDF”.
- Your file downloads. MunchFiles checks that the result opens correctly before it hands it to you.
What to expect
One PDF, one image per page. Drop several to combine them.
- JPGs are placed unchanged (no quality loss), except rotated or CMYK photos, which are re-encoded once at 92%.
- PNG color profiles are converted to standard sRGB.
Questions
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. MunchFiles converts files inside your web browser, on your own device. The file is never sent to a server, so nobody else can see it.
Is it free?
Yes. Basic file conversions are free, with no account and no watermark. MunchFiles Pro is an optional one-time purchase (no subscription) that keeps a copy of MunchFiles on your device, working offline, with power tools for batches, shrinking images and PDF pages.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
Can I put several JPGs into one PDF?
Yes. Drop or pick several JPGs at once and they become one PDF, one image per page.
How big can the file be?
Up to 200 images in one PDF. There’s no file-size limit, because nothing is uploaded.
