The policy
If MunchFiles Pro isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to get a refund
- Email support@bluelotuslaboratories.com with the email address you used to buy Pro, or your order number from your receipt.
- Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card.
After a refund
A refund ends your Pro license, so please stop using the Pro features and delete your Pro entitlement backup. Everything free in MunchFiles stays free to use.
Your rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live.
